La Tannura is a small property nestled in an enchanting landscape in southeastern Sicily, a true gem among the luxury farmhouses in the area. This elegant residence, managed directly by the owner, enjoys a privileged location between Avola and Noto, offering refined hospitality that combines tradition and modern comfort.
Our beautiful sandstone farmhouse, dating back to the 1800s and completely renovated in 2015, consists of three independent apartments. Each apartment has been tastefully furnished, embellished with antiques and decorative details that make waking up a real pleasure. The interiors feature traditional wooden furniture, charming exposed stone walls, and bedrooms with breathtaking views, creating bright and welcoming spaces.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, La Tannura is ideal for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our goal is to offer you not just a stay, but an authentic experience where you can relax and immerse yourself completely in the Sicilian lifestyle.
Our Territory
La Tannura enjoys a strategic location for exploring the wonders of southeastern Sicily. Located between Avola and Noto, it offers easy access to some of the island’s most fascinating destinations.
A few kilometers away, you can visit Noto, one of the most spectacular examples of Baroque architecture in Sicily, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Syracuse, with its millennial history and the charming island of Ortigia, and Modica, famous for its artisanal chocolate, are other unmissable destinations within easy reach.
For lovers of the sea, the nearby beaches offer crystal clear waters and fine white sand, in a natural environment that is still unspoiled and not overly crowded. Nature lovers should not miss an excursion to Cava Grande, a natural oasis with spectacular natural pools carved into the rock.
